In 2020, Rachel co-founded Cape Byron Property alongside her husband, Bryce, with a vision to create the kind of agency they believed the market was missing. Built on integrity, personalised service and meaningful relationships, the business was forged on the belief that every client deserves honest advice, clear communication and a tailored experience. Today, Cape Byron Property has grown into one of the Byron Shire's most respected independent agencies, with its success driven largely by referrals and repeat clients.
As General Manager, Rachel drives the agency's operations, culture and client experience. Known for her calm leadership, meticulous attention to detail and genuine care for others, she has been instrumental in building the systems and service standards that define the Cape Byron Property brand. She believes exceptional real estate is about far more than property. Outside the office, Rachel enjoys travelling, spending time with Bryce and their two children, and making the most of the Northern Rivers lifestyle.
