Centred around a dramatic sculptural staircase and open atrium, the layout is designed to encourage movement, connection and focus. Above, a lofted workspace wrapped in steel mesh maintains uninterrupted sightlines, while below, the expansive ground floor remains open and adaptable, anchored by modular white pods that invite reconfiguration as needs evolve.
Materiality plays a defining role in the experience of the space. A restrained palette of burnished concrete, soft Marmoleum flooring and perforated surfaces is balanced by warm, tactile furnishings and curated design pieces. Acoustic treatments are seamlessly integrated, softening the industrial shell while preserving its raw honesty, resulting in a space that feels both grounded and elevated. Light filters from above through skylights into the central void, drawing the eye upward and reinforcing a sense of volume, clarity and calm.
